We have several new security updates including SCA-compliant payments in Stripe and a new feature that enables users to anonymise their own feedback data. We also want to give you a sneak peek into our new user interface which is set to go live in January 2020!

  2. It’s time for another product update and we’ve got plenty to share with you this month. We have made a lot of progress on the accessibility front these past few months, including the introduction of a new integration solution together with Zapier and our recently attained WCAG certification. We’ve also added some cool new features to the platform itself, including some additional feedback form customisation options.

Despite all of this hot July weather, we’ve got a cool new batch of updates we’d like to share this month, including our new webhook system (giving you the freedom to relay feedback data to several other applications), a brand new deployment script (without jQuery), a new feature that lets users add feedback form data to a cookie and some updates to our email alert feature!
