  1. Have you ever wondered this: what is the best way to plan and map out the layout and structure of a website or mobile app? Or how you should go about showing, explaining and proving to people that your ideas and/or concept will work before you start working on the prototype? If you do it verbally or in writing, you leave a lot of things to people’s imagination and there’s bound to be misunderstanding. The answer is to use wireframing tools to make wireframes.

  3. A growing amount of companies are starting to realise that by attuning to their customer’s needs, they can grasp more opportunities for their own gain. One of these opportunities is the demand for mobile access to information regarding your company, be it regular company details or entire webshops.

  4. For a successful website or mobile app, user experience and interaction are critical factors which calls for testing, feedback and refinement during and after the design process. This is where feedback comes in handy. Asking for feedback from users can provide you with an alternative perspective, enabling you to properly meet the requirements as well as expectation of these users. While there are various types of user experience feedback solutions (see previous article with UX tools overview), there is one type in particular that enables businesses to improve page usability, Visual Feedback tools.

  6. It is not enough to simply claim to be customer obsessed. In a climate where a moment of inconvenience could be enough to push customers to switch to your competitor, brands have no choice but to deliver what customers want. To do this with accuracy, brands need to consistently plug themselves into various sources of customer feedback.

But the reality is 91 per cent customer feedback is not properly used today, with many businesses overwhelmed by the task of processing the high volumes of insights and the soaring costs when deployed at scale.

  10. Today, developing a SaaS product and launching it in the market is easier than ever before. The good news is that there is a market for almost every quality product. With platforms like Siftery, Product Hunt, and Stack Share, product discovery for and access to early adopters has become a cake walk. However, every SaaS founder takes a leap of faith when building a new product. The success of this leap depends largely on how good the product’s roadmap is. The product roadmap doesn’t necessarily mean that the product must have a definitive feature list with a meticulously carved release plan. For me, it is more important that the product roadmap have a clear identification of the customer problems that the product will continue to solve with every new feature. And most importantly, it must answer how the “build-measure-learn” feedback loop will be incorporated into the product.
